With the entry into force of EU Reg. 679/2016, the undersigned company Cama 1 S.p.a. Via Como, 9 23846 GARBAGNATE MONASTERO (LC) as “Data controller” must provide information regarding the use of personal data.
Data source and processing purpose
Personal data in our possession is collected directly from individual customers, employees or through agents and representatives during the offer process, business relationships, supply proposals, exhibitions or given to us by the data subject during website registration as part of a request for a specific product or service (www.camagroup.com). Your data may be collected via social channels for example, Facebook, Linkedin, and YouTube.
Data may also be collected from third parties, such as, data acquired from external or affiliated companies for commercial information or market research purposes or by other customers or suppliers.
Personal data is processed as part of our company’s normal management of contractual relationships, legal and regulatory obligations and European legislation and provisions issued by authorities and supervisory and control bodies, when it is functional to our business for which the data subject has the right to express or deny their consent, i.e. commercial purposes aimed at sending commercial information related to new products and marketing purposes, consumer research or customer profiling.
Data processing methods
The data will be processed using appropriate tools which guarantee security and confidentiality and can be carried out manually or by using automated tools (computerised and telematic) to store, manage and transmit the data.
Categories of parties to whom data can be communicated
We inform you that the personal data you provided or we acquired during the contractual relationship may be communicated to the following parties who perform functions strictly connected or instrumental to our activity. These must be considered fundamental for the company’s operations:
1. Financial Administration, social security and welfare agencies if necessary, Public Safety Authority;
2. carriers or other bodies and companies for services ancillary to the supply;
3. companies or professional bodies for fraud control and debt collection;
4. banks and credit institutions operating within the company financial management;
5. insurance companies;
6. persons in charge of auditing the financial statements and administrative, tax and contractual consultants. The personal data provided may be disclosed to other subsidiary or associated companies for the coordination of management activities, including abroad within or outside the EEC.
Your data will not be disseminated.
Retention period
Your data will be stored in our databases for the contract duration or for the management of a specific request. Should the contractual relationship be terminated, your data will be retained for the duration necessary to carry out binding accounting, tax and communication obligations to authorities and for the judicial protection of the data controller’s rights. CVs will be kept for a maximum of two years.
