- Qualified and proven “hands on” experience, continuously
upgraded with constant training;
- A team of qualified Commissioning Engineers takes care
of following and coordinating all project phases, from the initial mechanical
assembly of the equipment to its final commissioning at customers’ site,
thus ensuring a sole and common operational and technical interface;
Preventive maintenance
We offer customized "preventive maintenance packages",
in relation to specific requirements of our customers.
On site service
In line with Cama’s partnership spirit, we provide
constant training to our agents’ technical personnel,
so as to guarantee a fast and efficient “on site” technical
service to our customers .
Teleservice
By means of a “teleservice” connection,
our highly competent electronic engineers are capable
of addressing and solving various software and hardware
issues and problems.

Spare Parts
Spare parts can be easily and promptly sourced and identified,
thanks to specific spare parts lists and manuals, reflecting
machines “as built” and to our internal advanced
System Integration Management.
