Thanks to 25 years’ experience in the confectionery sector, CAMA-SPS have jointly realized a complete system composed of row distribution system (with one or more rows in stand-by), re-feeding bi-directional conveyor and two primary packaging line.
Each of the primary packaging lines is composed of row gap closing belt and outfeed conveyor, 90° bend (layout requirement), “no-contact” in-line automatic feeder (for products that cannot be accumulated) and horizontal flow-wrapping machine.
The secondary packaging section of the line includes a twin head forming machine, capable of running up 120 boxes/minute and of erecting both “e-flute” boxes as well as solid board cartons, followed by a 2-axis robot, an electronically controlled lidding machine and a belt drive closing machine for packaging of products both into display boxes and into 3-flap lid boxes.
The high quality and reliability of the system allows a production speed up to 1200 chocolate bars/minute.
The final customer, an important European producer in the Confectionery and Bakery sectors, appreciated and selected the CAMA-SPS solution due to its high added value, which can be summarised as:
