In the sector of cereal bars, SPS/CAMA stand out in two specific highly flexible applications, designed to fulfil the final customer's production needs.
The first consists of an automatic primary packaging system including a double indirect row removal station (i.e. with waiting row) for product feeding (i.e. from process side) and re-feeding (i.e. from buffer side) during production, product orientation unit, in-line feeder and fully electronic horizontal wrapping machine.

For secondary packaging, Cama presents an automatic line for 350 bars/min. in 6-8-24 piece/boxes.
It is composed of a "compact" monoblock loading unit with integrated forming machine and a two axis robot with carbon fibre arms, then a closing and horizontal case-packer machine for final packaging in RSC cases.

The solution proposed by CAMA is much more flexible for the customer. In facts, the packaging line has a monoblock line with reduced dimensions, to reduce as much as possible overall dimensions, and then a separated closing machine so that the customer can introduce inside the product some gadgets, leaflets. etc.
