Cama has realized a complete line for a leading multinational customer, including one electronic cartoning machine CL169, to pack up to 160 pouches per minute into cartons, with individual flow wrapped dosing spoon and booklet. Pouches loading into the cartoning machine is provided by two electronic hoppers units which phase, collate & load the products into the cartoning machine conveyor. The machine can work with one or both these loaders. Two flow-wrapped spoons dispensers are also integrated to cut & load them into the cartoning machine pockets, in phase with the pouches. No bag - no spoon - no loading into cartons control is foreseen. High system reliability, combined with clean design, lubricant-free, no product retention and hygienic design for powder products, advanced & easily accessible operator’s interface and ample visibility on four sides have convinced this customer to acquire Cama packaging lines.
